Batch Information

If you are looking to extend the patio, then you need to specify in your order which batch you need. It is not guaranteed that the batch will be available. It is therefore advised to make sure you order enough.

We cannot guarantee an exact colour match of porcelain paving products unless ordered at the same time and on the same delivery! Natural stone will always have variation, which is part of its beauty.

Tiles come in boxes or crates, and there is a small white sticker on each box with the batch number.

If you're re-ordering the same product and need it for the same job, make sure you put the original batch number in the special instructions.
