You sent the wrong setts. I ordered Raj green and you sent mint. I had the drive a 2 hour round trip to return them and exchange for the correct ones so I could finish my project.

Ordered 60 Kandala Grey Porcelain Paving Tiles with a £75 next-day delivery surcharge. Three tiles arrived broken, which immediately delayed our installation project. As a contractor who handles paving materials regularly, I was also disappointed with the overall quality of the tiles. They were among the poorest-quality porcelain paving tiles I have worked with, with inconsistent finishing and several imperfections that I would not expect at this price point. The broken tiles were only part of the problem. The delay, combined with the lack of urgency in resolving the issue, turned what should have been a straightforward two-day project into an unnecessary headache. Based on my experience, I would not order from this supplier again.
We ordered the Himalayan white porcelain slabs. They are still in the process of being laid, however so far so good! They look lovely and all came in tact.
Tiles look good. However, one of the tile was delivered broken. Delivery was made on named day as per schedule.

we paid extra for our tiles to arrive on a booked day and they turned up earlier than than what we requested and had clearly had been stored outside in the rain, we could see they were soaking wet under the pallet wrap so thats to me means they were like that before wrapping ... the tiles look ok though after we peeled off the stuck cardboard off

Excellent customer service, helped get exactly what I wanted. Delivered exactly when then said and delivery driver unloaded the 4 pallets as close to site as possible

Superb from start to finish. Good price, kept me updated and packed very well. No damaged tiles. Very pleased and will 100% recommend.
Damaged flags on delivery, contacted straight away to ask for refund. Still waiting. Delivery driver said pallet was broken on collection, pallet fell apart and tipped over when unloading. Other than 8 damaged flags, the flags are really nice

Fantastic from start to finish
Great slabs, no problem with delivery on the day, not one broken slabs out of the 78 I ordered, highly recommend.
A nice porcelain slab and easy to lay. A couple of chips in two slabs reported this straight away and I was given a refund for the two of them. Over all a good experience with this company

Broken tiles delivered and customer service wasn’t great when I asked for replacement.
Great looking tiles. Out of 120 only 3 were broken. Would definitely recommend.

Great service ordered 90+ large porcelain tiles delivered on three pallets not a single tile chipped or broken and these were by far the cheapest place around for the tiles 5⭐️
Great dilivery time,few slabs broken in transit but fortunately was allowed for with wastage. Good price hope to purchase more in future

Top class, well packaged and great price!!
Exceptional quality tile for a great price. Delivery was as promised (despite some issues with courier not confirming so had to chase up with Stone Saver directly). Each tile was individually wrapped very well, however I think there may have been a batch problem as 12 out of the 70 tiles ordered had chips along the edges - most of which i've been able to hide but rendered some useless which is odd considering ow well they were packed. Overall -great product, great quality and despite the few wasted, very happy

Terrible as in resolving a issue, 54 missing borders on delivery, been over a week still not replaced, the company wants to know a total figure of damage items to before dispatching any order which also includes missing items, borders not cut properly. The products are good but the service is very poor it requires further investigation which does take time,

Absolutely stunning
Not the best experience, order arrived on a broken pallet, clearing the pallet had failed during transit and then placed onto another. Arrived on the Friday, whilst moving over the weekend, the bottom slab was totally destroyed. On contacting the office on the Monday to raise the issue. It was greeted with it's too late to complain and less than 10%. Clearly poor handling and not natural damage! which I could understand.
